Job summary

JENDA E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction-focused Mechanical and Electrical engineer to coordinate on-site M&E works and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

You will review drawings to ensure project requirements are met and monitor progress to resolve technical issues. The role requires 3–5 years' experience, a degree in ME or EE, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of local authority requirements (MOM, BCA) is essential, with BIM knowledge considered an

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Familiar with local authority requirements (MOM, BCA).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review M&E drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical or coordination issues.
• Ensure works are carried out according to schedule and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
