Job summary

AUDIMARS BUILDTECH PTE. LTD. invites a capable M&E Project Coordinator to oversee on-site electrical, mechanical and building services activities.

You will coordinate design details, monitor progress, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in relevant engineering fields, at least 2 years of building construction experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical/building services engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site M&E technical and engineering matters.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate site activities, and resolve technical issues to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Prepare and submit project progress and status reports.
• Coordinate M&E design details, drawings, and construction requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project team members on technical matters.
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company quality standards.
• Supervise M&E works and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Maintain proper coordination among different disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
