Job summary

RIMOWA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets. You will drive people development, manage operations, and supervise inventory, merchandising, and omnichannel initiatives on the sales floor.

The role requires proven leadership within luxury retail, strong business acumen, and a hands-on approach to clienteling and performance management. Flexibility for weekends and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury, premium retail or hospitality.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing retail teams.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and operational processes.
• Experience in clienteling and luxury customer service environments.
