Job summary

RIMOWA GmbH is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique in Singapore, delivering exceptional client experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets. You will develop a high-performing team, drive clienteling initiatives and ensure impeccable operations, inventory and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills and a passion for premium retail. You will work in a fast-paced environment with weekends and public holidays as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury, premium retail or hospitality.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing retail teams.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and operational processes.
• Experience in clienteling and luxury customer service environments.
