Quantum Leap Career Consultancy is seeking a Senior Client Advisor/Senior Sales Associate for a luxury retail operation in Singapore, located near Changi Airport East. The role focuses on consultative selling, delivering exceptional service to discerning clients, and driving sales for premium fashion and timepiece brands.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of luxury retail experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and expert knowledge of luxury brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in luxury retail (fashion, accessories or timepieces).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering premium service in a luxury environment.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends and timepiece collections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high-net-worth, international clients.
• Strong consultative selling and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge and personalised consultation to luxury clientele, assisting them in selecting fashion items and timepieces that align with preferences and lifestyle.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and lasting client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on features, craftsmanship and heritage of luxury brands.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain meticulous records.
• Maintain retail visuals and merchandising per brand guidelines.
• Manage stock levels, perform stock checks and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Mentor junior sales associates and contribute to team development.
• Stay updated on new collections, trends and promotions.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and returns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
