The Westin Singapore is seeking a Security Manager to oversee daily loss prevention operations, ensure safety compliance, and protect guests and property. You will train staff in emergency procedures, conduct hazard assessments, and maintain security systems across the property.

Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV and alarms, coordinating with local authorities, and implementing action plans to mitigate risk while delivering high guest satisfaction and adherence to budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in security and loss prevention leadership.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Training staff in emergency procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily security and loss prevention operations.
• Assist Director of Engineering in fire prevention programs.
• Conduct hazard and risk assessments and OSHA/Safety audits.
• Develop detailed shutdown procedures to secure areas.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety regulations.
• Monitor CCTV, alarmed doors, and duress alarms.
• Lead Accident Prevention Committee and first aid program.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate with law enforcement.
