Marriott International’s Moxy Hotels in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Loss Prevention & Security Manager to oversee daily security operations, ensure guest and employee safety, and protect asset integrity. You will help develop emergency procedures, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with local authorities while maintaining customer service standards.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma with 3 years in security or a 2-year degree in criminal justice plus relevant experience;

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major; 1 year experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assists the Director of Engineering in fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness.
• Assists in hazard and risk assessments at the property, including OSHA/SAFETY audits and incident tracking.
• Develops detailed shutdown procedures to secure all areas at appropriate times.
• Oversees loss prevention operations including patrols, investigations, and access control.
• Monitors safety, guest and employee well-being, and coordinates with authorities when needed.
