You will coordinate shipments, negotiate freight terms, monitor orders across affiliates, and ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020 while liaising with partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination, or trade operations.
• Experience with marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Book shipments, negotiate rates, and track cargo end-to-end.
• Lead carrier selection and ensure compliance with cost, transit time, and reliability criteria.
• Coordinate with internal sales affiliates on orders and fulfillment.
• Prepare regular reports on order status, shipment progress, and open issues.
