Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
• 5–8 years in freight, logistics coordination or trade operations.
• Experience with marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers across sea, air, and land.
• Negotiate freight rates and service terms; benchmark costs against market trends.
• Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delays or issues with urgency.
• Act as operational point of contact for internal sales affiliates, handling orders and fulfillment coordination.
• Prepare regular status reports on order/shipment progress and open issues for stakeholders.
