Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer, Operations to drive readiness and continuous improvement in a high-tech logistics environment. The role focuses on hands-on equipment implementation, process engineering, and operational excellence.

You will lead testing, manage equipment lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, support NPI and new production lines, and train operations teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience in equipment implementation and process engineering.
• Experience supporting NPI, process transfers or new line introductions.

Our client, a leading global logistics organisation, is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer, Operations to drive technical readiness, process stability, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-tech operational environment. This role is ideal for experienced engineering professionals with strong hands‑on expertise in equipment implementation, process optimisation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing workflow setup, equipment configuration, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).

• Manage the full equipment lifecycle, including maintenance planning, technical upgrades, and continuous optimisation.

• Troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues and implement sustainable solutions.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), new production line setups, and process transition activities.

• Deliver technical training and equipment-related knowledge transfer to operations teams.

• Act as the key escalation point for technical, equipment, and process-related issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and successful project implementation.

Requirements

• Approximately 8 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within manufacturing, repair, logistics, or high-tech operational environments.

• Strong hands‑on experience in equipment implementation, process engineering, and technical troubleshooting.

• Experience supporting NPI, process transfers, or new line introductions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: S$5,600 – S$7,500 per month
