Cornerstone Global Partners is recruiting an Executive / Senior Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) to support Singapore's rail network. You will perform engineering analysis, failure investigations, and develop improvements to enhance reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Open to fresh grads; the role offers a clear career path, monthly salary from SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000 with AWS allowance and a performance bonus. Islandwide location; standard office hours and rotating shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; no experience needed.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform engineering analysis, defect investigations, and root cause analysis on electrical and electronic systems.
• Develop and implement engineering improvements to enhance reliability, safety, and maintenance efficiency.
• Analyse engineering and condition monitoring data to support predictive maintenance initiatives.
• Build dashboards and visualisations to generate actionable maintenance insights.
• Support workshop capability development through work instructions, testing methods, and engineering standards.
• Review engineering designs and technical specifications for railway projects.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to implement engineering solutions.

Salary & Benefits: From $4,000 - $5,000++/Month

• No experience: Starting from $4,000/Month

• Upper Class / First Class Honours: Up to $4,200 - $4,400/Month

• Experience: $4,500+/ month and above

• Monthly AWS Allowance ($200+/ month)

• Attractive Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months)

• 18 Days Annual Leave OR 2 Days Family Care Leave / Childcare Leave (where applicable)

• Free public transport all around singapore!!!!

• Location: Islandwide

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday (Office Hours)

• May be required to do rotating or Fixed Shifts (In accordance with operational requirements)

If working overnight, will be paid back with time off in lieu!!!
