Job summary

Qualifications

• Act as the regional lead and subject matter expert for specialised logistics operations and customer engagements.
• Support business growth initiatives by expanding service capabilities, improving operational performance, and driving profitability.
• Manage strategic customer relationships, including escalations, operational reviews, and solution discussions.
• Collaborate with safety and operational teams to strengthen risk management and compliance practices.
• Support the setup and coordination of regional operational control and monitoring functions where required.
• Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new customers and projects.
• Partner with commercial and solutions teams to support pricing, solution design, and customer proposals.
