Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer, Operations to drive readiness and continuous improvement in a high-tech logistics environment. The role focuses on hands-on equipment implementation, process engineering, and operational excellence.

You will lead testing, manage equipment lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, support NPI and new production lines, and train operations teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or related field.
Approximately 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
Hands-on experience in equipment implementation and process engineering.
Experience supporting NPI, process transfers or new line introductions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead testing workflow setup, equipment configuration, and SOPs/WIs.
Manage the full equipment lifecycle, including maintenance planning and upgrades.
Troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Support NPI, new production line setups, and process transitions.
Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to operations teams.
Act as escalation point for technical, equipment, and process issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for readiness and implementation.
