Job summary

DSV Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Business Analyst (Inventory & Performance Management) to govern regional inventory, ensure data integrity, and lead BI initiatives across APAC warehouses leveraging Looker Studio and BigQuery.

You will monitor KPIs such as OTS, OTIF, IFD, and Dock-to-Stock, conduct RCCA investigations, and drive improvements through data-driven insights for leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Extensive professional experience in regional inventory management, contract logistics, or supply chain analytics across multi-country networks.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and Looker Studio with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize dashboards.
• Broad understanding of core supply chain metrics (OTS, OTIF, IFD, Dock-to-Stock, Reverse Logistics, Shrinkage, Cycle Counting).
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP platforms (gWMS, SAP) and RCCA.

Responsibilities

• Inventory governance, cycle counting, and accuracy across regional warehouses.
• Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards in Looker Studio/BigQuery for leadership.
• Identify and resolve system deltas between WMS and SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage inventory moves, adjustments, and excess sweeps with four-eyes controls.
• Support site teams in resolving operational tickets and tracking parts movements.
