Job summary

kookmin bank co., ltd. singapore branch is seeking an experienced Loan Operations professional in Singapore. You will handle loan disbursements, payments and amendments, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance, while preparing notices to borrowers and lenders.

The role includes managing client accounts and coordinating with stakeholders. With 10+ years in loan administration, you will review credit agreements, maintain accurate records, and act as both checker and maker.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Loan Admin or similar role.
• Degree in Business administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messages, including MX messages ISO 20022 is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process loan disbursements, payments, repayments, prepayments, fees and related transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, agreements and bank policies.
• Manage client current/savings accounts and internet banking; process funds and remittances; distribute monthly statements.
• Prepare audit confirmation invoices to clients, auditors and stakeholders; liaise with internal/external parties on inquiries.
• Maintain documentation and filing of bank transactions; use internal systems; ensure transaction records are accurate and complete.
• Act as a Checker to authorize transactions and as Maker when covering for others; provide training and guidance to junior staff.
• Update standard operating procedures in relation to Transaction Admin tasks.
