Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience supporting loan products.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Operations & Life Cycle Management: Oversee end-to-end life cycle events and controls to ensure loans transactions are processed timely and accurately.
• Control, Risk Management and Governance: Maintain strong operational controls to ensure compliance with policies and audits.
• Stakeholder Management: Main Operational contact for Front Office and regional stakeholders across functions.
• Process Improvements: Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve productivity and enhance controls.
