Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a regulatory compliance professional to oversee listing rules for a portfolio of listed issuers on a 6‑month maternity cover contract.

You will review corporate actions, process listing-related applications within deadlines, investigate potential breaches and respond to regulatory inquiries.

The role requires a strong understanding of listing requirements and will involve liaising with issuers, bankers, lawyers, auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Experience in financial industry compliance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of listed issuers and monitor listing rule compliance.
• Review and process corporate actions and listing-related applications.
• Investigate potential breaches and follow up on enforcement actions.
• Respond to regulatory queries and advise on listing compliance matters.
• Review financial/regulatory information to identify non-compliance.
• Attend issuer meetings and document key discussions.
• Support improvements to listing compliance frameworks and systems.
• Build relationships with issuers, bankers, lawyers, auditors, and regulators.
