Qualifications

• Relevant experience in compliance, risk, regulatory monitoring, KYC/AML, screening or related function.
• Good understanding of compliance principles, risk management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the review, update, implementation and dissemination of compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with compliance and risk-related assessments and operational activities.
• Monitor gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interest, related party transactions, and insider trading.
