Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable lifting supervisor to oversee on-site activities in our West Singapore operations. You will ensure projects meet timelines, safety standards, and customer requirements, while coordinating lifting operations and facilitating team growth.

The role requires experience in marine/ heavy industries or construction, plus a Certified Lifting Supervisor License. This position offers a 5-day work week with company transport provided to the West location.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine, heavy industries, or construction sectors.
• Ability to read and interpret lifting plans.
• Certification: Lifting Supervisor License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with customer requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with site safety regulations and standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead lifting operations to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Direct and support the department in carrying out both routine and ad-hoc tasks.
• Attend and contribute to daily meetings, including production and overtime discussions.
• Identify training needs and support skill development within the team.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, including manpower allocation and utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to enhance staff productivity and growth.
