Job summary

FUCHI PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Lifting Supervisor to oversee daily lifting activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with lifting plans, risk assessments and WSH requirements. The role involves coordinating crane operators, riggers, signalmen and site teams, and inspecting lifting areas and equipment before operations.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in construction, piling or ERSS lifting operations, with strong knowledge of cranes, rigging, lifting gears

Qualifications

• Requires Lifting Supervisor certification recognized in Singapore.
• 3–5 years' experience in construction, piling or ERSS lifting operations.
• Good knowledge of cranes, rigging, lifting gears and WSH requirements.
• Experience handling heavy steel materials or ERSS works is an advantage.
• Good site coordination, communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily lifting activities involving sheet piles, struts, walers, decking and machinery.
• Ensure lifting operations comply with approved lifting plans, risk assessments and WSH requirements.
• Coordinate crane operators, riggers, signalmen and site teams.
• Inspect lifting areas, lifting gears and equipment before operations.
• Ensure proper rigging, securing and handling of loads.
• Maintain safe exclusion zones and stop unsafe lifting activities when necessary.
• Monitor lifting equipment and ensure valid inspection/certification.
• Conduct toolbox briefings and provide safety instructions to lifting crew.
• Report lifting incidents, defects and unsafe conditions to the Project Manager/HSE team.
• Maintain relevant lifting records and documentation.
