Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, to independently manage all employee exits for external employees with a focus on legal compliance and exceptional service. You will guide clients through workplace concerns and coordinate resources.

As part of the Lifecycle team, you will drive process improvements, align with Remote's strategic goals, and empower teams across APAC and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR advisor or HR business partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to lead difficult conversations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a global, asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations guidance to clients.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations.
• Drive process improvements and automation in Lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
