Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist to manage offboarding for external employees with a focus on compliance and service quality. You will also provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients through workplace concerns.

As part of the Lifecycle team, you will drive process improvements, collaborate with Payroll, Legal and Benefits, and operate in a fast-paced, async remote environment across APAC and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experienced in advising on employment law and jurisdictions across the lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage exits with compliance and care.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee exits across jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support to clients.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Legal, Benefits and other teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve lifecycle processes.
• Guide clients through workplace concerns and documentation needs.
