Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to independently manage all external employee exits with a focus on legal compliance and high-quality service. You will also provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients through workplace concerns, coordinating resources across an international team.

As part of the Lifecycle group, you will drive process improvements, advocate for automation, and help align offboarding with Remote's strategic

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations or employment law are a plus.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions with a focus on compliance and quality.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
• Lead discussions with clients and employees, coordinating resources and ensuring timely, compliant outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and automation within offboarding and employee relations workflows.
