Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to independently manage all exits for external employees with a focus on legal compliance, quality, and outstanding service. You’ll guide clients through complex offboarding and employee relations matters within a fast‑growing, globally distributed team.

This role reports to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions, operates APAC-based with a fully remote, asynchronous culture, and offers

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills in a global, remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for external employees across multiple jurisdictions with focus on compliance and quality.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations guidance to clients and coordinate resources.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees, guiding terminations and separations to positive outcomes.
