Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Lending VP for the APAC region who will spearhead credit structuring and financing solutions for Ultra High Net Worth clients and Family Offices. You will collaborate with Coverage, Business Risk Management and Investment Solutions to execute transactions with a focus on risk, profitability and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Structured Finance or Lending Solutions within a leading financial institution.
• Experience structuring bespoke financing for UHNW clients, Family Offices, and complex borrower structures.
• Strong credit analysis, underwriting and risk management skills across corporate, individual, and asset-backed credit.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring and execution of tailored financing solutions for UHNW clients and Family Offices in SEA/SA regions.
• Focus on financing against liquid to less liquid assets (e.g., Share Backed Financing, Real Estate, Structured Products).
• Handle both flow transactions and cases with policy exceptions, large exposures and require risk mitigation; draft and review marketing and deal materials.
• Participate in new business initiatives and product development to enhance credit platform and drive growth.
• Join client meetings with Sales/Coverage to define structured product features and liaise with lawyers and clients through closing.
• Monitor ongoing transactions and contribute to internal desk reports and policy enhancements.
• Shape credit-related processes, policies and platform improvements.
