Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel for our engineering EPC group in Singapore. You will provide legal advice, review and negotiate contracts, and support project teams on a broad range of contractual and commercial matters.

The role requires 8–12 years post-qualification experience in construction law, proven EPC contract leadership, and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Formación

• Degree in Law.
• Construction law experience + contract review.
• 8 to 12 years post-qualification experience in EPC projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice and support across group on contractual and commercial matters.
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts; provide legal advisory support.
• Support claims management for EPC projects.
• Assist in establishing subsidiaries and project offices, including closures.
• Coordinate with external counsel and oversee their work.
• Advise business units on legal and contractual matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
