Aslant Legal, in collaboration with a global law firm, is searching for a Senior Associate to join its market-leading corporate team in Singapore. You will manage sophisticated high-profile M&A transactions across the globe, taking ownership of key workstreams and coordinating across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work closely with partners and clients throughout the deal process, from initial stage to full completion.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of PQE required.
• Experience working on cross-border private M&A transactions.
