Job summary

The SR Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an associate/senior associate to join our M&A team.

You will advise state-owned entities, MNCs and SMEs across the region on cross-border transactions and FDI into emerging markets. Singapore-qualified with 5–6 PQE and transactional M&A experience is essential; experience with funds is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Singapore Qualified (5-6 PQE).
• Transactional M&A experience and openness to other corporate work.
• Experience with funds (e.g. fund formation, regulatory PSA work) advantageous.
• Regional language skills (e.g. Vietnamese, Bahasa) helpful but not required.
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise state-owned entities, MNCs and SMEs on cross-border M&A transactions and FDI into emerging markets.
• Work on multi-jurisdictional matters with a supportive partner/platform.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the M&A practice.

Our client is an established local mid-sized law firm who are looking to bring on an associate/senior associate to their M&A team. You will advise state-owned entities, MNCs and SMEs across the region on cross-border M&A transactions and FDI into emerging markets. Requirements

• Singapore Qualified (5-6 PQE)
• Transactional M&A experience and open to picking up other areas of Corporate work
• Prior experience with funds (ie. setting up of VCCs, fund formation, regulatory PSA work etc) is advantageous
• Other regional language skills (eg. Vietnamese, Bahasa) are helpful but not necessary
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills
