Job summary

Civil Service College Singapore is seeking a learning professional to diagnose needs, design and deliver interventions for diverse public service leaders. You will partner with senior leaders, external experts and HR officers to identify performance gaps and co-create effective programmes quickly.

You will evaluate impact through feedback and data to drive improvements, and strengthen learning interventions and processes by experimenting responsibly while ensuring governance and ongoing

What You Will Be Working On

We are looking for a member of the programmes team, who is passionate about understanding and meeting the learning needs of Public Service leaders. In particular, you will:

• Diagnose needs, design & deliver learning interventions for different profiles of learners
• Partner & engage stakeholders (including senior leaders, external experts, HR officers) with empathy and professionalism to identify performance needs and co-create effective learning interventions in a timely manner
• Evaluate impact of learning interventions, using participant feedback and various sources of data, for future improvement
