Job summary

Sport Singapore seeks a capable learning and development leader to design and implement comprehensive training frameworks for ActiveSG staff across HQ and Operations. You will drive Train-the-Trainer programmes, leverage data analytics, and manage partnerships with SkillsFuture Singapore and tertiary institutes.

The role emphasizes learning transformations, accreditation, and capability development to build a future-ready workforce for ActiveSG 3.0.

Qualifications

• We are looking for experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programmes.
• Experience with curriculum design, facilitation and assessment in coaching, learning or training.
• Ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training frameworks across HQ and Operations.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programmes with structured development paths.
• Conduct research and benchmarking for learning initiatives and best practices.
• Review accreditation, workplace certification and quality assurance processes.
• Design blended learning solutions using data analytics to meet diverse needs.
