Job summary

National University of Singapore IT seeks an experienced Associate Director, Service Assurance to lead the Service Assurance function within Infrastructure – Systems and Data Centre. You will drive governance, operational assurance, executive reporting, audit coordination, vendor governance and software procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT service management, infrastructure operations, governance, or related areas.
• Experience in senior leadership or functional lead roles in an enterprise IT environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into executive papers and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Assurance team with direction, coaching and performance oversight.
• Establish governance models, reporting practices and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Oversee service performance, risk, audits, vendor governance and license management.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards and management updates for senior stakeholders.
• Utilise AI, automation and analytics to enhance reporting and decision support.
• Ensure operational readiness and alignment of new systems with service expectations.
• Govern major contracts, SLAs, payments and escalation processes.
• Lead ISO 20000, ISMS and related audit and compliance activities.
• Oversee internal/external audits and evidence review.
