Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Governance professional to join our IT Governance Team for a key client. You will manage development and maintenance of IT services within the System Family, focusing on governance, security, and compliance across multiple domains.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead incidents and audits, with a drive to improve processes and IT service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT project management and 5+ years IT experience.
• ERP implementation or support experience, preferably SAP.
• Experience with SAP GRC; certification preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, manage timelines and deliverables independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT governance for a key client across ITSM, CM, IT Security and QA.
• Monitor SLA/KPIs and liaise with client stakeholders and contractors.
• Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate compliance activities and audit responses with client and teams.
• Prepare management reports and drive governance enhancements.
