Job summary

Nanyang Polytechnic is seeking a Senior/Lead Executive (Business Analyst) to join the Centre for Industry & Lifelong Learning (CIL3). The role focuses on analysing business processes, enhancing CET programs and school operations, and implementing solutions to optimise system usage of the Training Management System.

You will provide Level 1 support, coordinate with vendors, run impact analyses, participate in UAT planning, and collaborate with academic, marketing, IT, and industry partners to

• Proven experience in business analysis or related project management.
• Ability to interpret large datasets into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide better support to CET schools on TMS to optimise usage.
• Provide Level 1 support and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Drive enhancements in STEP to support CET operations.
• Conduct impact analysis on service requests and data patches.
• Assist in UAT planning, coordinating with end-users and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, IT, and industry partners to translate needs into solutions.
• Enhance end-to-end course administration and streamline processes.
• Work with academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth course management.
