Job summary

SHARE RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Senior/Service Technician in Singapore to perform maintenance, calibration and repair of Leica surveying equipment including Total Stations and Scanners. The role requires hands-on electronics and opto-mechanical skills, with SAP proficiency and a proactive service mindset.

You will diagnose issues, prepare quotes, and ensure timely service delivery while maintaining safety and proper workstation standards.

Qualifications

ITE or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Eng.
Hands-on servicing box builds and electronics.
Experience in optics, electronics and mechanical movement fields.
Proficient with SAP and basic software

Responsibilities

Perform Maintenance, Repair and Calibration Service of surveying equipment such as Total Station, Scanner, Digital & Auto Level and accessories, involving electronics and opto-mechanical movement.
Provide service diagnostics (pre-inspection), recommendation and quote estimation.
Perform repair service with adjustments, testing, outgoing inspection and cleaning.
Ensure service performance (lead-time, reliability, utilization) are achieved.
Support the Technical Service team on customer feedback and service-related issues.
Maintain basic application knowledge of Leica surveying equipment and back up Software data/configuration of customer equipment under service.
Ensure safety and housekeeping of the workstations and workshop.
