LASERTEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineer to join our team. The role provides on-site or remote technical support, performs repairs and troubleshooting, and handles machine upgrades and software updates.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics, 3+ years in semiconductors, proficiency with MS Office, and willingness to travel overseas.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience in a customer support environment.
• Over 3 years in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of laser and measurement instruments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.

• Install new test machines and software upgrades.
• Develop manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.

As a subsidiary, Lasertec Singapore supports our customers’ needs with maintenance service for the mask inspection machines.

We are currently seeking an Engineer to join our team.

In this role, your responsibilities are to:

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Perform repair works and troubleshoot machines at customer site.
• Install new test machines and software upgrades.
• Develop manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.

This role requires you to:

• Have a Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related qualifications.
• Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
• Have work experience in a customer support environment.
• Have work experience in a semiconductor industry for more than 3 years.
• Have knowledge in laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
