Job summary

Lasertec Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineer to join our team. You will provide technical support to customers on-site or remotely, repair and troubleshoot machines at customer sites, and install new test machines and software upgrades.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics, has intermediate MS Office skills, and has 3+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry, with hands-on knowledge of lasers and test instruments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience in a customer support environment.
• 3+ years in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of laser and other instruments/test equipment.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Engineer to join our team.

In this role, your responsibilities are to:

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Perform repair works and troubleshoot machines at customer site.
• Install new test machines and software upgrades.
• Develop manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.

This role requires you to:

• Have a Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related qualifications.
• Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
• Have work experience in a customer support environment.
• Have work experience in a semiconductor industry for more than 3 years.
• Have knowledge in laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
