Job summary

SHIN KHAI CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for Singapore-based new-build construction projects. The role involves site surveying, setting-out, leveling, and ensuring accuracy per drawings and specifications.

Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, be proficient with Total Station and Auto Level, and can interpret architectural and structural drawings. Work location spans various sites across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant land surveying experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings.
• Proficient in surveying instruments and field procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site surveying, setting-out and levelling works for new-build construction projects.
• Establish and verify survey control points, reference levels, gridlines and benchmarks.
• Perform setting-out works for piling, foundations, columns, beams and slabs.
• Verify building coordinates and levels against approved drawings.
• Prepare accurate survey records and as-built documentation.
• Ensure surveying activities comply with site safety requirements.
