Job summary

GAMUDA BERHAD SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to conduct site surveys, establish control points and prepare detailed survey records. You will operate Total Station, GNSS/GPS and leveling equipment, and process data in AutoCAD/Civil 3D to produce accurate drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in land surveying or geomatics is required.
• Experience with Total Station, GNSS/GPS and leveling equipment is essential.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and survey data processing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site, engineering and construction surveys, including setting-out of coordinates, levels, alignments and structures.
• Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
• Carry out as-built surveys and prepare survey records, reports and drawings.
• Perform checking and monitoring of construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Operate and maintain Total Station, GNSS/GPS, Auto Level and other survey equipment.
• Process survey data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D or relevant surveying software.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, consultants and site teams on survey requirements.
• Ensure surveying works comply with project specifications, LTA requirements and safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction surveying experience.
• Experience in Singapore civil, infrastructure, MRT or LTA projects preferred.
• Proficient in Total Station, GNSS/GPS and levelling equipment.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and survey data processing.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced construction environment.
