Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor. The role includes managing site surveying activities, ensuring accurate instrument maintenance, and liaising with clients. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience, a relevant diploma or degree, and must be a member of SISV. This position involves both office and fieldwork, contributing to the success of various construction projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a land surveyor.
• Must have experience working in HDB projects.
• Must be a member of SISV.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and plan site activities related to surveying.
• Setting up Survey-Points and levels on site.
• Plan and coordinate daily survey activity.
• Maintenance of surveying instrumentation.
• Assist production team with shop drawings and as-built survey drawings.
• Ensure timely and accurate readings.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients.
• Conduct site inspections for project quality control.
