Job summary

KAJIMA OVERSEAS ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Land Surveyor responsible for accurate land and engineering surveys across construction projects in Singapore.

You will establish site boundaries, perform setting-out, verify data, and support construction execution with clear reporting to the Construction Team. You'll work with QA/QC, BIM, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant land surveying experience on construction projects.
• Proficient with Total Station and other surveying instruments.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, topographic surveys and GIS.
• Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform land and engineering surveying works through all construction stages.
• Conduct site measurements, setting-out, and survey calculations for accuracy.
• Establish and verify site boundaries, reference points, levels, coordinates, and alignments.
• Operate surveying instruments including Total Station and related equipment.
• Supervise surveying operations and verify survey data.
• Support QA/QC in checking setting-out work by subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily surveying activities and report progress to Construction Team.
• Prepare setting-out drawings and survey reports for construction use.
• Liaise with BIM to resolve setting-out discrepancies and survey requirements.
• Conduct site verification and measurements for as-built drawings.
• Identify discrepancies between site conditions, survey results and drawings.
• Ensure surveying works are accurate, safe, and compliant with requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
