Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives.
• Experience co-planning large territories with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with GSIs and third-party consulting organizations.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience building solutions in major public cloud environments.
• Broad knowledge across data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML, governance, and streaming.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field.
• Track record of driving complex projects to completion in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM leadership to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across your territory.
• Serve as an expert Solutions Architect and 'champion' to drive product adoption and vision.
• Develop customer-facing collateral and workshops to scale technical knowledge.
• Influence product roadmap by translating field insights into strategic recommendations.
• Act as tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges to ensure customer success.
