Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to deliver L3 support for complex incidents across LAN/WAN/WLAN and VPN environments in Singapore.

You will manage multi-vendor networks (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Meraki, UniFi), perform RCA, and drive continuous improvement with ITIL processes.

Qualifications include a diploma or degree in IT or networking and 5–8+ years of hands-on experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of network engineering experience with strong L3 troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, and network security.
• Familiarity with multiple vendors: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Meraki, UniFi.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLAN, VPN, BGP, and OSPF.
• Experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Relevant certifications (CCNP, JNCIP, Fortinet, Palo Alto) are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide L3 support for complex network incidents escalated from L1/L2.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, routing, switching, and Internet connectivity issues.
• Lead major incident troubleshooting, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; maintain network documentation.
