Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced L3 Network Engineer to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and management of enterprise networks across LAN, WAN, VPN, and security platforms. You will act as the escalation point for complex incidents and collaborate with L1/L2, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors and business stakeholders.

You will work in a multi‑vendor environment (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Meraki, UniFi), configure routing and switching

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, Networking or related field.
5-8+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise environments.
Multi-vendor experience.
CCNP/JNCIP or equivalent preferred.
ITIL experience and knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Ma.

Responsibilities

Provide L3 technical support for complex network incidents escalated from L1/L2.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Internet, WLAN, VPN, routing, switching and firewall environments.
Lead RCA and identify permanent corrective actions.
Mentor L1/L2 network engineers and guide incident resolution.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders during network implementations and changes.
Participate in network migrations, upgrades, and documentation of changes.
