Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Woodlands is seeking a senior L3 Infrastructure Engineer to own complex technical escalations and mission-critical incidents. This hands-on role focuses on Dell/HP/Lenovo infrastructure, with a final escalation point responsibility and a strong emphasis on root-cause analysis.

The position requires independent problem solving, ownership and the ability to communicate technical details to customers and stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise systems (Dell, HP, Lenovo).
• Proven experience handling L3 escalations and mission-critical incidents.
• Ability to perform log analysis, root cause analysis and risk assessment.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management processes.
• Excellent communication for technical meetings and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex incidents escalated by L1/L2 support.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for high-impact issues.
• Assess impact, urgency, risk and resolution priorities.
• Provide final technical direction and drive incidents to closure.
• Work with engineering teams, vendors and regional SMEs as required.
• Analyze logs and configurations to identify root causes and verify fixes.
• Prepare RCA reports and participate in post-incident reviews.
