Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Senior/L&D Technical Writer for a 1 year contract in Singapore. The role focuses on creating, updating and maintaining technical documentation for L&D programs and tools, using diverse media to enhance learning.

You will collaborate with SMEs and trainers, translate complex technical concepts into clear language, edit for consistency, and mentor junior writers to raise the team's capabilities. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree graduate in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Possess 8-10 years of related working experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess good communications skills and able to work with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for L&D programs and tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers and stakeholders to ensure accuracy of content.
• Edit and proofread for clarity, grammar and consistency; stay current with industry practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical writers to build the team's capabilities.
