Job summary

We expect deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, MongoDB/MariaDB, and microservices. The role combines hands-on coding in Java and Go with strong system integration and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Java tech lead or equivalent.
• Experience leading design and development of distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands-on with Java (Spring Boot) and Go; strong API and system integration skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 4-5 developers.
