Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior technical lead with 8-10 years hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Oracle SQL, and integration technologies to drive multi-vendor delivery.

You will collaborate with BA, infra, deployments and vendor teams, define technical designs, ensure adherence to SDLC processes (Agile and Waterfall), and guide design documentation. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on technical experience required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Solid SDLC knowledge with Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL; Unix/Linux basics and shell scripting.
• Experience with middleware and integration tech (WebLogic/WebSphere, SFTP/Connect Direct/MQ/API, XML/JSON).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BA, infra, deployments and vendor teams.
• Manage vendor augmented resources and allocate work to maximize utilization and quality.
• Drive technical innovation to enhance platform capabilities.
• Build configuration frameworks and provide design docs with low-level details.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders with minimal direction.
• Ensure adherence to development, configuration management and deployment standards.
• Lead multi-vendor teams to deliver solutions on time; escalate as needed.
• Analyze performance tests and security assessments; address issues promptly.
