Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced technology lead to collaborate with BA, infra, deployments and vendor teams on delivering multi-vendor solutions for banking platforms. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on SDLC experience with both Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong Java/J2EE development, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, Unix/Linux basics, and shell scripting.
• Experience with WebLogic/WebSphere, SFTP/ MQ / API, XML/JSON, and DevOps tools.
• Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the BA, infra, deployments and vendor teams.
• Use and manage vendor augmented resources and ensure work assignments for high utilization and quality outcomes.
• Drive technical innovation to enhance platform capabilities.
• Build frameworks for configuration instead of code for each component.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical resources with limited direction.
• Apply standards and industry frameworks while leveraging existing technologies and tools in the Bank.
• Implement solutions considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
• Produce detailed design /low level design documents communicating the system design effectively.
• Drive adherence to development, configuration management and deployment standards.
• Analyse performance test, vulnerability assessments and related issues.
• Manage, address and resolve project-related technical issues with escalation.
• Select, train, develop and manage technical team members.
• Lead multi-vendor teams to deliver solutions.
