Job summary

Mindtech Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an Applications Developer to design, develop and implement changes to our applications, ensuring quality through peer reviews and adherence to change and version control processes.

You will work closely with the Applications team and business users, assessing impact and risk, and producing clear specifications to meet business needs while automating repetitive tasks where possible.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent formal training.
• Minimum 5 years of applications development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement application changes within agreed timeframes and standards.
• Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality of deployments in NEMS systems.
• Collaborate with Applications team and business users to maximise benefits cost-effectively and securely.
• Assess impact and risk of changes to systems and business operations.
• Create concise system specifications for changes and implement them.
