Job summary

MINDTECK SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Java Developer to support, maintain, and enhance mission-critical enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, and web development experience within a structured enterprise environment.

The role involves analysis of business requirements, design and development of backend and frontend components, troubleshooting production issues, and collaboration with stakeholders under Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

At least 5 years of hands-on Java/J2EE enterprise development and support.

Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and perform detailed analysis to propose technical solutions.
Design, develop, maintain enterprise web apps and backend services.
Support existing applications, investigate incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and implement fixes.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and database integrations.
Review deliverables according to release and change management processes.
Collaborate with business users, QA, infra, and stakeholders for project delivery.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create unit tests and integration tests; support UAT activities.
Prepare technical docs and guides; adhere to coding standards.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.
Contribute to AI-assisted development standards and guidelines.
